The Jaxon Keys distillery houses a 15th century Alambic Pot still that produces our award-winning brandy under the Jepson label. We currently offer three brandies:
A single-vineyard brandy that is grown, produced and bottled entirely at our estate. Aromas of peaches and honey, it is smooth and velvety on the palate. Aged from five-to-seven years in French oak, Rare is made from French Colombard, the traditional grape of Cognac.

A very distinctive brandy, the aromatics and fruit are reminiscent of ripe peaches and dates, while retaining the floral, honeyed, nutty notes so typical of our brandies. Abundantly draped in vanilla and spice, it is stylish, bold and enticingly assertive. This brandy is aged from seven-to-10 years in French oak and is made 100% from French Colombard.

"A rich, powerful, aromatic brandy, exotic fruits explode on the
palate and reveal themselves. Super long and a superlative acidity
promising an even longer life. More aging would not be detrimental but
the spirit is gorgeous as is! Absolutely terrific!
A quite elegant and powerful nose of violet, honeysuckle and lemon. Amazing length and balance, a true work of art for US brandy. Fantastic!"
Graceful and elegant, this impeccably crafted brandy is a blend of twenty to twenty-five-year-old reserve stocks. The aromatics offer notes of pear and dried apricots, with an overlay of honey, caramel and apple pie spices. Incredibly sophisticated, here is a brandy to be savored, if not revered.
