Our Winemaker

Fred Nickel, a graduate of UC Davis, joined Jaxon Keys in 2009. His rich winemaking  history, includes producing award winning wines from neighboring estates for the last 23 years. His Mendocino County winemaking pedigree will enhance the Wilson Family artisan wine making legacy, created in Sonoma County.
